When: Monday August 18th 2008 From 2:00-Finish
Entries: To Be brought to Sierra Moonshine the day of competition or within the week beforehand.
Categories: Kombucha; Lacto Fermented Soda; Natural Ingredients w/ wine or beer yeast; Box Soda w/ wine or beer yeast.
Please let us know if you will be attending by phone or email.
Also, we welcome everyone to participate in entries and judging.
We will also have prizes for the winners.
